a869a3ac9c Add User Agent Override to SAML Authentication 
Adds "samlUserAgent" key to settings dialog.  If left blank, prior
behavior is unchanged.

If provided, the WebView Profile is adjusted with ::setHttpUserAgent()
before opening the portal's SAML page.
