CuriousJorge 682ddd9cae - Fixed !anim targeting the incorrect actor.

- Etc5u0 scripted start to finish.  Ul'dah Inn quest.
- DftWil - Added quest checks to the Inn NPCs.
- DfFst - Commiting what's been done thus far.  fst0Town01 zone nearly done.  Still have 100 something fst0Town01a & field npcs to add.
- Removed some fst0Town01 uniqueId scripts
