Filip Maj 9bb8cc816f Finished SetCompletedAchievementsPacket and renamed CutsceneBookSetPacket to SetCutsceneBookPacket in line with other "set" packets. Moved a lot of the hardcoded packets into the coded login part under PacketProcessor.
